Ochoa was number one from April 2007 to May 2010 for a record 158 consecutive weeks.
3. Jiyai Shin

Shin was number one for a total of 25 weeks on three separate occasions, the first for seven weeks from 3rd May 2010 to 20th June 2010.
4. Ai Miyazato

Miyazato was number one for a total of 11 weeks, the first coming on 21st June 2010 for ne week. Miyazato had three third place finishes in majors and was the first number one never to win one.
5. Cristie Kerr

Park was number one on four separate occasions for a total of 20 weeks, the first on 7th November 2017 for one week.

Feng was number one for 23 weeks from 13th November 2017 to 22nd April 2018.
14. Ko Jin-Young

Ko was first number one from April 2019 to June 2019. Ko was number one when COVID-19 froze the rankings for eight weeks. In 2023, Ko set the record for most time at number one for a total of 163 weeks.
15. Nelly Korda

Korda was first number one from June 2021 to October 2021. In 2024, Korda won five consecutive events.
