Typing so fast I got the state abbreviation wrong earlier. That game was in Morgantown, WV. Reply #101. Sep 29 12, 2:13 PM |

College fans should likely know Morgantown is in WV. No biggie. Reply #102. Sep 29 12, 2:17 PM |

Geno Smith has 20 TDs and ZERO INT's?! Oh, wow. Reply #103. Sep 29 12, 3:05 PM |

Floyd stays in Iowa City for another year. 31-13 Iowa over Minnesota today. I LOVE those trophy games! Reply #104. Sep 29 12, 3:07 PM |

Geno Smith is definitely making his case for the Heisman. That game today both teams put up video game numbers. Passing yards were 656 and 582. Rushing 152 and 116. 4 players had 13 or more catches, including a 17 catch 314 yards performance by Terrance Williams of Baylor. Geno went 45 of 51..that's 88.2% completion rate, which is incredible. I was sad to see the Gophers lose at Iowa today. Pretty impossible to make a game out of it when you go -4 in turnover differential. Just when I thought the Gophers had turned it around, they let us down again losing a winnable game. Reply #105. I was watching the OSU-MSU postgame, and I saw that Geno's numbers at this point of the season were even better than RG3's were last year. Really just amazing. Reply #106. Sep 29 12, 5:07 PM |

They should have gone with black pants and a red stripe instead. I'm not crazy about number design either. I also can't really see the "N" on the helmet. Reply #108. Sep 29 12, 6:12 PM |

@cubswin2323 They just don't look ready to play. They are getting whipped up front. Might I suggest they burn the unis, and never wear them again?! Reply #109. Sep 29 12, 7:16 PM |

NU is lucky to be down by only 10 at half. A very sloppy first half. Reply #110. Sep 29 12, 7:47 PM |

This game reminds me much of last year's Ohio State game. A slow start, and now a comeback. Reply #112. Sep 29 12, 8:46 PM |

Next week is a trip to Columbus. OSU looked salty of D today. Braxton Miller gave NU a LOT of problems last year. If he hadn't gotten injured, OSU likely wins last year's game. Possibly in a blow out. They were ROLLING until he got injured. Reply #114. Sep 29 12, 10:04 PM |

I just got word from our local ABC affiliate that Nebraska at Ohio State is going to be on prime time next week. 8 PM Eastern/7 Central! Reply #115. Sep 29 12, 10:26 PM |

Yeah the unis for both teams were horrendous. Then again I'm a traditionalist...these fancy new unis for every game for some teams is ridiculous. Even Notre Dame is doing it. 99% they are terribly ugly anyway...but I guess that's what the kids like these days. That Neb/Wis game really came down to the wire. i was watching OSU/Texas though...good finish in that one too. Only wish OSU would have pulled it out. Washington St is covering against Oregon so far...Oregon was favored by 30. lol. Reply #116. Sep 29 12, 10:36 PM |
