I think it'd be cool living in Brazil if I knew Portuguese. I also would like to live in Rome or somewhere in Australia. Reply #24. Feb 25 09, 10:25 PM |

If I had to go somewhere else in the US, it would be Washington or Oregon. Outside the US, I'd pick Prague, even though I don't speak Czech. Reply #25. Mar 17 09, 8:23 PM |

I've lived just about everywhere and I love where I'm living now (in west central Alabama). If - for some reason - I couldn't live here, I'd live in the mountains of North Carolina. That's beautiful countryside and the people are the nicest I've ever met away from home. Reply #31. Jun 05 10, 7:08 PM |

Happy where I am - if I had to live elsewhere it would have to be somewhere as scenic & isolated as I am now. Reply #32. Jun 06 10, 2:58 AM |

Anywhere that is at least 30km from the nearest town and a minimum of 7km from my nearest neighbour. Reply #34. Jun 06 10, 6:43 AM |

I like it here, but I think just ONE winter spent on a nice warm sandy beach on some semi deserted island (with no possibility of snow) would be so cool. Reply #35. Jun 22 10, 12:19 PM |

I'm happy where I live, but if it wasn't for my nieces I'd be living in Austin, Texas where it's friendlier for people who have a diability. Reply #36. Jun 23 10, 7:36 AM |

Tezza..........If you find somewhere like that, may I be your next door neighbour? I have always said that I like my neighbours just about close enough to be seen on a clear day whilst using high-powered binoculars. As the above is unlikely in any country I choose to call home, namely England, I'd settle for one of two places. Either Maldon, Essex, or Felixstowe Ferry, Suffolk. The latter, not being the bustling container port, but a small hamlet on mouth of River Deben, about 2.5-3 miles ouside the town of Felixstowe. Reply #38. Dec 23 10, 5:04 PM |
