What small and stupid thing has recently gotten your goat?
Mine would be spell checks that never give you the right suggestion for what you want even though you only barely misspelled something.

Open a page online, and within seconds it's covered by an advert for hair colour, which gets bigger and bigger; or a car, which spreads hideously, like a spilt drink; or roll-over ads which cover the screen if your mouse goes a hair's breadth over them. Sometimes you can see a cross immediately that you can click to close the hideous spreading thing; sometimes you have to wait for it to appear - meanwhile you can do nothing but stare at it and wish it would go away; occasionally the only way to get rid of them is to give up and close the page down.
