I can't believe that I was the only person to play the Russian history tournament in the Champions category! It's not that niche, surely? After all, 59 people played it across the other levels.
There I was, hoping to eke out a couple of extra grading points - hah!

I can't remember that topic ever coming up! I don't think that's one I would even leap into, and I'm generally up for anything, just to keep it interesting. But now that you've mentioned it, if I do see it, in I'll leap! Winning a topic is a rare and wondrous moment for me, and I'm always surprised. So if it's only come up 6 times and assuming those were always during the daytime in the US then that's still only a maximum of five winners each time. 6 x 5 = 30 but it may be far fewer champions generated from those six appearances. How did you find out exactly how many times the category has come up and how many times it has not? I seem to always see the same categories with only a few rare ones. I think 'language use' and 'names maps and borders' have been here like every day. Reply #5. Jan 27 16, 1:51 AM |
