Last night, I watched "Role Models," with Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott. I didn't expect too much out of it, but it was actually VERY funny. I recommend it to everybody who wants a good laugh.

The last movie I watched on TV was "Forbidden planet", a Sci-fi classic of the 50s and one of the Leslie Nielsen first movies.

The last movie I watched was Slum Dog Millionair...

I know everyone is raving about it now - which is really cool... but it was a small budget film - and that is what makes it so awesome that it ranked so highly in the USA ,,,

Danny Boyle is an awesome director who made the whole movies so watchable and believable...

The last movie I watched was also "Slumdog Millionaire." I read the book "Q&A" that it was based on, too. I have to say, they are extremely different. The movie takes the basic premise, kid from the slums happens to know the answers because of chapters in his life, the police take him in for questioning because they think he's cheated and he recounts, answer by answer, his life, explaining how he knows. In the book, however, different questions, different life (!), even different name!

Still a worthwhile movie. I enjoyed it.

RE: Danny Boyle. I've yet to see him make a misstep. I've enjoyed his work from "Shallow Grave," to "Trainspotting" to "The Beach" (that movie got a bum rap, everyone was expecting big things from Leo after "Titanic" but the story was solid and so was the directing), to "28 Days Later" (he practically redefined the zombie movie with that one) up to "Slumdog Millionaire." The only bad side is, he doesn't make movies near as often as I'd like to see them.

Cymruambyth, definitely agree with you concerning Much Ado About Nothing! So good!

The last movie I saw in its entirety was Shakespeare in Love. Which was pretty good, except for all the sexual scenes.
I then watched the end of The Adventures of Huck Finn and the beginning of Tom and Huck on TV but was unable to finish it.

The Boy in the stripped Pyjamas, a well made and enthralling movie, that for me keeps alive the memories of the Holocaust, least we should forget the entire cast played their roles well and is a film to watch.

I just watched "My Name is Bruce" last night. It was wonderfully cheesy. I've always been a Bruce Campbell fan, and this movie was pretty fun. It could have been better, but you can't beat a $1 rental at the Redbox.

I watched on TV "Sweeney Todd" with Johnny Depp and I must admit it was a terrible bore.

The last movie I watched on TV was "Signs" last night. I had seen it before, but couldn't remember much of it. Kieran Culkin and Abigail Breslin are doing a terrific job.

Oh no, wait a second. I think it was Rory Culkin, right? Yeah, I guess Kieran would be too old for the part.

I watched Gran Torino. Clint Eastwood at his craggy best. I would recommend it but only for die hard Clint Eastwood fans.
