I like a little of both. A lot of people think that's odd, but it's me.

I like both, for me it's hard to say.
Maybe Punk for me, or maybe I'm afraid to admit I like Pop.

I'll just pretend that I'm under the age of 4 and answer "Yes!"

(I think it's so cute how little kids can't answer yes or no questions.)

Punk. But real punk, not the pop that masquerades as punk (i.e. 311, Green Day, etc.) nowadays.

Dead Kennedys, Operation Ivy, Black Flag, Vandals, Descendents, Circle Jerks, Bad Religion, and well, you get the idea.

Just to clarify: My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Blink-182, etc. - those qualify as pop, not punk.

Punk is about calling out and fighting the system, not cutting yourself.

It's like calling The Cure and Queensryche heavy metal.

OK, I probably made about 100 enemies by making that point even if it is the cold truth... :)

Black Flag. Yes! I have to add The Voidoids to Schoonie's list and agree that punk was never about self-mutilation.

To each his/her own on this matter. I listen to pop music when I'm feeling hormonal.

Then the rage-filled, bitter, nihilist that is really ME returns, and I revisit Black Flag. Always...
