I'm a coffee junkie. Love a rich, dark roast.....and hold the cream and sugar. I don't care for lattes, cappuccino or any coffee-flavored milk drink. I'll have an occasional cup of tea. Works wonders to settle an upset stomach. Reply #23. May 22 10, 8:36 PM |

Musical tributes to our favourite drink include…‘Have A Cuppa Tea’ by The Kinks with lyrics that declare, “Whatever the situation, whatever the race or creed, Tea knows no segregation, no class nor pedigree It knows no motivations, no sect or organisation, It knows no one religion, Nor political belief.” While in ‘Smither Jones’, mod band The Jam sing, "Put on the kettle and make some tea, It's all a part of feeling groovy." Current indie band British Sea Power understand the cuppa’s restorative powers too, "Like rock music, there are times when a cup of tea can save your life.” And although Debbie Harry’s image is that of a tough-talking New York punk, she showed her softer side in 1979 release Dreaming… "You asked me what's my pleasure, a movie or a measure? I'll have a cup of tea and tell you of my dreaming." Reply #24. May 22 10, 9:00 PM |

Coffee in the morning, tea during the afternoon/evening. And it has to be Kenco / Tetley (I'm very fussy :D). Reply #30. Feb 21 19, 5:39 AM |

At home, tea every time (although I keep coffee in the house for my java junkie friends).. The only time I drink coffee is when I am doing volunteer work. Canadians make wonderful coffee, but their idea of brewing a cuppa leaves much to be desired. Reply #32. Mar 29 19, 4:44 PM |

Tea. Especially green tea or white tea. Or Bigelow's "Constant Comment". And oolong is great at Chinese restaurants. Reply #33. Jan 15 20, 5:02 AM |

Definitely coffee! I've been trying hard to keep myself to 2 cups daily, with limited success. I love experimenting with different brews. I've never been much for "flavored" coffee, but was given some for Christmas which is to die for: Royal Bean Orange coffee. My, my, but it is fine - especially with a shot of "Sweet Cream" dairy creamer. I give myself a quiet 40 minutes each morning with my two cups, my morning crossword puzzle and NPR - heaven!
