Subject: Unusual First Names

Recently, my brother, a friend, and I were watching a local news broadcast. The female reporter in the field was named Chicagi. Pronounced just like the city but with an 'e' sound at the end. We chuckled a little about that but I got them really laughing when I said..."That's all from the county courthouse. Now back to you, Cincinnato."

I'm loving all these crazy names! Years ago, I knew a family named "Oates": they named their youngest son "Barley." Cruel, cruel!

In respond to comment #33,

Creedy, my dad went to school with Dr. Butcher's daughter! What a coincidence. He loves to tell us about "the surgeon named Dr. Butcher". LOL
