Kudos to the powers that be for coming up with another enjoyable game that makes F.T an even more attractive place to "hang".

Hard to believe it could be 'more' attractive, but Terry's done it!

I agree with everyone. A wonderful addition to the site!

It's also fun to win with a score of 240 ;)

I enjoy my win or lose by one point duels.

I would like to experience a tie....bow tie, necktie or bolo tie...it doesn't matter which.

;)

This game is AWESOME!

Have done well so far, even though some of the categories aren't my strong points!

Too busy right now to play Duel aggressively. Will pick it up later. Pretty much only playing my strongest categories now.

Brian, that's one of the fun things about the duel - you can win in a topic you know nothing about. I've won two duels where my score was less than 250.

You may find you know more about the obscure topics than you think. I scored 10/10 in Sports twice! I didn't even understand some of the questions, let alone know the real answers. But I did know more than I ever dreamed I might.

The duel is great fun. Even if you know absolutely nothing about a subject it's worth a try....there's just a chance that somebody knows even less than you. It's all about fun!

I like the game, but the winning/losing can be funny. I lost 2 categories that I'm a killer in, and won 2 I barely knew existed, it just happened that my stupid was stronger than my opponents and my expertise was weaker and/or slower than my foe. I think you should definitely play them all if you have the time and the access to the full 15. I can already imagine some of these questions becoming the difference between a 9 or a 10 in the GCHC, just because it appeared in the duel. Also, I got the Tied Badgelet in my 2nd game

(continuation) sorry, I submitted by accident. It seems that Ties have a tendancy to occur in game 2. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. Reminder: if you win the 10 in a Day Badgelet, it won't show up until you go to claim it from the challenge page, I think it is in Div. 7. Take care and good luck, D.

I'm not sure which was more exciting, winning 10 in a day or beating the FTbot at the end of the day. :D

It's possible to beat the bot? Awesome! Look out bot...lol

I won in Chemistry.

That's proof positive that winning in a topic you know little about is possible.

It's also fun!

During the testing, I won in Australian Football League. I've never seen a game, never been to Australia. Pure guessing, and lots of luck.

Yesterday, I felt really good about a category. Did well. Ended up being paired against someone (well-known, no hint of cheating) who scored 1000 on the quiz. I rarely get 100 on *one* question, much less all ten!

You never know who you're up against :-D

Step 31 is a badge level but no Step 31 exists.

Am I not looking in the correct location?

My guess is that Step 31 is for the people that finish up Step 30 ... In 3 or so years.

Considering the intelligence of many of the players, Step 31 and three years (or so) isn't that far off!

While I have lost in topics I consider myself good enough, I have won in other I am weak, by sheer damn luck. This game has its ups and downs, certainly.

I think that after Step 30 we're going to face more challenges, in a sort of Jurassic Park - with dinosaurs. And I've got a horrible feeling that those challenges won't be easy!
