Very few comedies make me laugh out loud.
TV = Two and a half men (The Charlie Sheen episodes only though)
Movie = A shot in the dark

The Wrong Box (1966 - Peter Cooke, Dudley Moore, Peter Sellers, Michael Caine, Nanette Newman, Wilfred Lawson, Ralph Richardson, John Mills, Irene Handl)
Bedazzled (the 1967 Peter Cooke/Dudley More version, not the dreadful 2000 remake)
The Lavender Hill Mob (1951 - Alec Guiness and Stanley Holloway)

Most movies with Melissa McCarthy make me laugh out loud. I can watch Bridesmaids over and over.

Blackadder - especially Blackadders 2,3,& 4. They are so clever but also include slapstick and make me laugh out loud more than any other comedy. It doesn't dumb down for its audience.

Blackadders 2.3.&4 include Rowan Atkinson, and Stephen Fry and 3 and 4 include Hugh Laurie. They also include lots more great British actors including Tony Robinson as Baldrick.

Without a doubt "A Fish Called Wanda" is my all time favourite comedy. I also got a charge from a movie called "Midnight Run" starring Robert De Niro and Charles Grodin.

Gotta go with the bluesman: Young Frankenstein, followed closely by Blazing Saddles (then: Some Like It Hot)
