Much like The Revenant bring shot in Argentina though not set there, The Bridge on the River Kwai was shot in Sri Lanka while set in what is now Myanmar.

So we’ll call it Sri Lanka

(Is a war movie, have I heard that it is one of the classics of cinema? What do you think about it?)

It’s a great movie, though like many older movies you have to take it in context of the times. Definitely worth watching though.

I’m starting to run out of countries, I’ll have to think a bit about my next entry.
