If it's shown as submitted in your list of questions, it's fine. Delay in editing doesn't equate to delay in the rotation - the question will be slotted in based on the submission date, not the acceptance date. Reply #1. Sep 10 23, 11:06 AM |

Certain categories tend to take longer to get their questions approved, in my experience. I had a question sit in the Hobbies category for close to two weeks recently, but the longest I waited was close to a month for a question to go from submitted to approved. Reply #3. Sep 13 23, 2:04 PM |

I think my question has been sitting for longer than that, that's why I was wondering if something had gone wrong. Reply #4. Sep 14 23, 2:45 AM |

Clicking on 'My Submissions' tells you the status of your question. It will tell you if the quiz is in the queue. Editors have many calls on their time both in real life and on the site and backlogs can build up. They tend to be cleared in one fell swoop, though. As I said, it makes no difference to the question's position in the 'waiting to be played' queue, and that can be a long wait too. I've had a question waiting myself for about ten days - editors have to go through the same editing process as any other author, in case you've ever wondered. We know the pain of waiting! Reply #5. Although it says on the Submissions List one of my questions is pending editor review, when I checked the list for the entries in queue my name doesn't appear. Curiouser and curiouser! Reply #6. Sep 14 23, 4:41 AM |
