Answer: Deuce-to-six
The clue refers to the fact that a deck of cards has 52 cards in it. Half the deck would be 26. The answer that most closely resembles 26 is deuce(2)-to-six(6). Each of the variations dictates how a low is made and whether or not straights and flushes count. The deuce-to-six is also known as 6-5 low because a hand of six, five, four, three, two would be the best possible low because aces play high in this variant. In this variant straights and flushes do not count.

Answer: 7 Card Stud
Razz is a variant of 7 card stud and is dealt the same way - two cards face down, four cards face up, one card face down. The only time this may vary is if a full ring game (8 players) is taking place and all players stay in until the last card. In this instance 56 cards would be needed and there are only 52 cards in a deck. If this happens the dealer deals the last card face up and all players share it as a community card much like Texas Hold'em. This is the only instance in which a community card is used in Razz.

Answer: two down, four up, one down
Seven card stud is usually a limit game, meaning a player can only bet a certain amount during each betting round. The players are dealt two cards face down and one card face up. Then there is a round of betting. The next three cards are dealt face up, with a betting round between each card. The last card is dealt face down with a final round of betting.

Answer: The best combination of exactly two cards from his/her hand and three from the board
Newcomers to this game find this rule to be very annoying. The very first Omaha hand I played, I was dealt three Aces and a King. It took me four pots to realize that you can only use exactly two cards from your hand and three from the board. In Hold'em you can "play the board" sometimes if your hand is weak, or use the Ace of clubs alone to make a club flush. This slight difference in game play alters pots considerably.

Under the gun or UTG for short is the player immediately to the left of the big blind and the first to act preflop. Because he is first to act, he is under the most pressure so the common idiom under the gun was used. It comes from the idea of having a gun pointed at you to make you do something.

The play for five card stud is just like seven card stud, except for the way the cards are dealt. Each player is dealt one card face down and one card face up. Then there's a round of betting. The next three cards are dealt face up with a round of betting between each card. Also, like seven card stud, this game is usually a limit game.

Answer: If quite a few people are playing, you must have the best hand possible or "the nuts" in order to be comfortable about winning.
In poker slang, "the nuts" is the best possible hand in any given situation. For example, if the board shows Ah Kh 2h, the "nuts" would be any the Qh and any other heart. Because there are so many cards in play in Omaha when the table is full, it's safe to assume that the winning player has a considerably powerful hand. Sometimes, folding a full house can be a great move. This is why Texas Hold'em players have a hard time adjusting to Omaha, as very powerful hands are rare in Hold'em.

Answer: It is ignored and of no consequence
Straights are the same as flushes and have no bearing on the game of Razz. The only thing that matters is the rank or value of the card not the sequential order of the cards. There is a variant of Razz played mostly in Europe called London Lowball where flushes and straights do play and are considered high hands but in standard Razz they do not.
Although flushes and straights do not count, pairs and trips still do. In this case either of these make it harder to get a strong low hand.
From Quiz: Wrong Handed Poker
Answer: A-2-3-4-5
In stud high/low, aces can be played either as a high card or a low card. Also, straights and flushes do not count against a low hand. Low hands are typically eight or lower, meaning the highest card the player can have for a low is an eight. Therefore the best low hand in stud high/low is A-2-3-4-5. This is sometimes the best high hand also, which would award the player the entire pot. If there is no low hand, the entire pot goes to the player with the best high hand.
From Quiz: Can't Read My Poker Face
Answer: All of these
Omaha Eight or better, also known by the other two names, is a popular variation of the game where the pot is split in half. The player with the best "high" hand, or regular five-card poker hand, takes half of the pot. A "low" hand is a any hand with five distinct cards that are 8 or lower, thus the name "Eight or better". The player with the lowest qualifying five cards "Eight or better" takes the other half of the pot. Sometimes, pots are "quartered" if half the pot is split in half. Sometimes, there are no qualifying "low" hands, because the nature of Omaha demands that two cards only be used from the player's hand and three from the board. In these cases, the best "hi" hand takes the whole pot. Because a vast majority of hands are relatively playable pre-flop in Omaha Hi/Lo, the pots tend to get huge, which attracts manic gamblers. However, mastering the game will show that not all pots can be played. Despite its complicated nature, Omaha Eight is, in my opinion, the most exciting flop poker variant.

Answer: Low card
Razz is basically a form of lowball poker so the ace is never high. This is typical of most lowball games except 2 to 7 lowball where the ace is high and never low. In typical poker the ace is high unless it is being used to make a wheel, a straight of A2345. In high/low games the ace plays on both ends and can be used to form both the high and the low in the same hand. In this case the wheel is a very strong hand because it plays both high and low.

Answer: A card that freezes action because it could potentially beat you.
A scare card is a card that could potentially beat you. A good example of a scare card in Texas Hold'em is the following. You flop the nut straight but there are two of a suit on the board. The turn is the third of that suit. Your nut straight could now potentially be beaten by a flush so the wise thing to do would be to slow down your betting. Another example would be if you flop the nut flush but the board pairs on the turn or river. Once the board pairs the potential for someone having a full house or even four of a kind exists and you would be beat.

A sleeper straddle is much like the regular straddle in that it equals twice the big blind but it is done by a player not UTG. They can be in any seat other than the blinds or UTG. The advantage of the sleeper straddle is that it can be pulled back if someone raises prior to the action coming to the straddler. If action is folded to the straddler then the straddle becomes live and the straddler cannot take it back.
