Answer: The Criminologist
The Criminologist is the narrator of the movie. He is also one of the theater audience's favorite people to make fun of. Calling him No Neck, the audience has several responses to his lines, probably because he talks the most and most of the time asks a question. Here are two examples. Charles: "I would like, if I may, to take you on a strange journey". Audience: "How strange was it?" He also shows "The Time Warp" step by step. While Charles Gray played the part in the film, it was actually Jonathan Adams (Dr. Scott) who played the part on stage. The Criminologist is serious at all times, though an argument could be made that he breaks that during "The Time Warp" while dancing on his desk. However, for the majority of the movie he remains a neutral, narrating, character.
