Answer: Ammonites
God specifically calls out the Ammonites for celebrating the desecration of the temple in Jerusalem and the exile of the Israelites (verse 3). God also dislikes the fact that the Ammonites have rejoiced with malice against the land of Israel (verse 6). God promises to utterly destroy the Ammonites.
The Ammonite kingdom was located north of Moab, in the present-day Kingdom of Jordan. Its capital was Rabbath Ammon. They existed from the 13th to 2nd century BCE. In the Sixth Century BCE, they were a major enemy of Judah. The Ammonites were vanquished by Judas Maccabeus in the Second Century BCE.
From Quiz: The Real Ezekiel 25
Answer: He was a captive in Babylon.
In the opening verse (Ezekiel 1:1, KJV), Ezekiel gave the date and the location of his captivity in Babylon. He was sitting beside the exiles at the Kebar River when he saw visions of God.
In Ezekiel's first vision, four winged creatures came out of the sky with four faces. Their faces included the face of a human being, the face of a lion, the face of an ox and the face of an eagle. Beside each creature was a wheel that sparkled like precious gemstones. When the wheels moved, the creatures moved also.
Ezekiel stood by in awe, until the heavens opened and revealed a man sitting on a throne surrounded with rainbows. Ezekiel fell flat on his face when he realized it was the Lord. The Lord began to speak to him.

Answer: foxes in the desert
In verse four, we see them compared to foxes in the desert. It seems that these so-called prophets were merely making up their own prophecies concerning Israel, with no guidance from God.

Answer: Moab
God is displeased with the Moabites for ridiculing the people of Israel (Verse 8).
He promises to give Moab to the "people of the East."
The kingdom of Moab was located in modern day Jordan, east of the Dead Sea. The foundation story of Moab is rooted in the biblical story of Lot. Supposedly the founder was the son of Lot and his oldest daughter. The earliest references to Moab date to the 13th Century BCE. They vanished during the Persian Era, in the mid Sixth Century BCE.

From Quiz: The Real Ezekiel 25
Answer: a watchman
God compared Ezekiel to a watchman, and told him the people would be delivered if they heard and obeyed His word. A watchman would stand on the walls of the city and if any enemy or danger came during the night or day, he would cry out to alert the armies or tell the people to escape. Without the watchman, the city would have little warning to defend or save themselves. If no one heard the cry, the watchman would fight alone and sacrifice his own life. (Ezekiel 3:17, KJV)
