The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is North America's Largest Municipality. Fort McMurray was named its capital for the obvious reason of being the biggest community. It was created in 1995 to unify the northern communities and give stability to the region.

Answer: True

It was know as the Canol Project. The exact nature of the project was unknown, but they set up a base called Camp Prairie and used every available boat and barge to transport goods, soldiers, and equipment to Norman Wells, Northwest Territories.
