Answer:

A cauliflower ear is a common affliction in boxers and hammer toe is a condition where the toe curls unnaturally. An iron lung was used to help polio patients breathe properly, but have been phased out of use. A parson's nose is the back end of a cooked chicken. A private eye is a private investigator, and an Achilles heel is a weak spot- it originated in Greek mythology.

There is also one operation that involves attaching a rubber band- 'The anklebone connected to the knee bone'.
