Master Lotsuan informs Alice that Nyozeka fulfilled her mission and that she will soon be reborn very close to Alice, as a true human, which was her wish.

Of course they do! What would you expect? After the Mara is defeated, the spell Mayura cast on Kyo was gone, and Alice could finally confess her feelings. After she does, Kyo kisses her, and Mayura is standing on the other side of the wall, smiling.
