Ed decided that he needed some time off, from the Montecito, so he went to Hawaii, on vacation, and left Danny in charge of the casino. While Ed was away, strange things started to happen, such as someone trying to steal $300 from a guest and guests being locked out of their rooms due to a malfunction. Danny communicated with Ed, about these problems, and Ed advised Danny on how to resolve them.

Nessa laughed about how Ed, the boss, had not been gone for five minutes and Danny had already gone mad.
