Fun Trivia
1967 was the year that National Hockey League fans saw Philadelphia with a team. The Flyers made the playoffs in their first season, and the playoffs three times in their first four seasons. However, they lost in the quarterfinals each time. Their first Stanley Cup was won in the 1973-74 season, and it went so well, that the team repeated in 1974-75.
