From Quiz 'Game of Thrones' Season 2
Answer:
The Hound
King Joffrey (actor Jack Gleeson), his mother and Sansa were among a group of people saying goodbye to Joffrey's sister Myrcella, as she left by boat for Dorne. This was in "The Old Gods and the New". Afterward, Joffrey's disgruntled subjects began casting out disparaging remarks about his parentage, and it ended up with a toss at his face. Predictably, Joffrey became enraged, and called for the death of whomever had thrown it at him. A riot ensued, and Sansa was dragged away to meet a horrible fate. Tyrion Lannister, Joffrey's uncle, encouraged him to send someone after Sansa, but the little ingrate did nothing. So, without being told, The Hound went after Sansa and saved her. The Hound's real name is Sandor Clegane, and he is played by Rory McCann. And, at this point, Ned Stark is dead, and Jaime Lannister is a prisoner of Sansa's brother Robb Stark.
