The Shaman's Rod is also called "the Rod of Hesperia" because that's where it must be taken. Felix takes it from Isaac on top of Venus Lighthouse and gives it to Moapa in the Shaman Village. The Witch's Wand is just a weapon. "Ivan's Rod" and "Rod of Gondowan" are names I made up.

You fight him for the second time on top Mercury Lighthouse, when he is alone. You fight for the last time on top Venus Lighthouse, when he is again with Menardi. Note that the Fusion Dragon is not Saturos, so the correct answer can't be 4.
