This spell, used by Fleur in "Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire", either summons or creates water. Which was never made clear in the books. Fleur was a student at Beauxbatons Academy of Magic in France. She married Bill Weasley in "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows".
2. Reverse concealing charm
Answer: Aparecium
Used only once in the book series, the charm appeared in "Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets". Hermione used the charm to attempt to reveal hidden writing in Tom Riddle's Diary. The diary was actual one of Voldemort's horcruxes, containing a splintered piece of his soul.
3. Lifts a person or object into the air
Answer: Ascendio
This spell was used by Harry during the second task of the Triwizard Tournament. Harry was the fourth wizard entered into the tournament during "Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire". He used the charm while at the bottom of a lake in order to push himself quickly to the surface.
4. Heals broken bones
Answer: Brackium Emendo
This spell allegedly heals broken bones. It was used once in the series by Prof. Lockhart during "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets", during which time it backfired. Instead of healing Harry's broken arm, it melted the bone and a skilled healer was forced to then regrow Harry's arm.
5. Confuses the person it is cast on
Answer: Confundo
This charm was first mentioned, though not actually used, in "Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban". Prof. Snape said that Harry, Ron and Hermione must all be under its effects to believe that Sirius Black wasn't guilty of murder. Hermione used the charm to help Ron win the Quidditch tryout in "Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix".
6. Reveals the last spell a wand had cast
Answer: Prior Incantato
Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge used the spell in "Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire" to see if Harry had cast a Dark Mark spell. Harry of course hadn't been the one to cast the mark. The spell never officially showed up in other books. Voldemort's and Harry's wands seemed to cast it on themselves, though, as at one point in "Goblet" Voldemort's wand started showing "ghosts" of people he had killed with it in the past. That was while he was dueling Harry.
7. Shrinks the target
Answer: Diminuendo
Also known as the "shrinking charm" this spell first officially appeared in "Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire". It may have been used in "Harry Potter and The Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone", but the words were never uttered. It wasn't until years later that the spell was revealed to readers, along with Harry and his classmates. Barty Crouch Jr. was the one who taught the charm to people in Harry's year during "Goblet of Fire"; at the time he was pretending to be Mad-Eye Moody.
8. Causes acne to pop up on the target
Answer: Furnunculus
This curse, known as the "pimple jinx" was first used in "Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets". Hermione later used it during "Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix" to protect Dumbledore's Army members. Her modified curse put boils in the form of the word "sneak" on anyone's face who told about the secret training society.
9. Heals major injuries
Answer: Vulnera Sanentur
Prof. Snape used this to stop the majority of Draco's bleeding and heal the internal damage caused when Harry used "Sectumsempura" on him while they were fighting. Both spells were used during "Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince". Snape invented both of them, though as far as the reader knows, only the attack charm was written in the potions book that Harry had been using to find the powerful spells.
10. Repairs eyeglasses
Answer: Oculus Reparo
The spell was one of the first that students in Harry's year were known to have cast in "Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone" (in the movie only). Hermione used the spell to repair Harry's broken glasses not long after meeting he and Ron on the Hogwart's Express. His glasses had previously been taped together.
After making that appearance in the movie series, the spell did pop up in the book in "Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets", when Harry tried to repair his own glasses while snooping around inside Flourish and Blotts store.
