Answer: Arkansas

Arkansas was the 25th official state to join the union on June 15, 1836. From 1861 to 1868, the state withdrew from the Union in order to support Confederate States of America. The official state capital is Little Rock. Former US President Bill Clinton was born in Arkansas and was the 40th and 42nd Governor of the state.

Arizona was the 48th state to be admitted to the Union on February 14, 1912. Its capital city is Phoenix which is the host of a variety of art and cultural centers including the Phoenix Art Museum, the Arizona Coyotes NHL Team, the Phoenix Suns professional NBA team, and the Arizona Cardinals professional NFL team.

Texas became the 28th official US state when it was admitted on December 29, 1845. After Alaska, it is the second largest US state in terms of land area. Idaho was admitted to the Union as a state on July 3, 1890 making it the 43rd official state. While it has a relatively smaller population with just over 1.5 million people, it is known for a variety of large industries. The Idaho National Laboratory for example, was the largest Department of Energy facility in the United States as of 2018.

It is also known for the potato farming industry which yields roughly 1/3 of potato production within the United States.

Ohio was declared an officially US state on March 1, 1803 making it the 17th state to do so. It is known as the "Buckeye State" due to the large presence of buckeye trees found within state boundaries. Major cities in the state include Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati.

Pennsylvania was admitted to the union on December 12th, 1787 making it one of the first thirteen admitted to the union and the second state to do so (with only Delaware before it). Oklahoma was admitted to the Union on November 16, 1907 becoming the 46th US state. Located in the Central Plains region of the United States, it is traditionally known for its farming and cattle drives. Oklahoma is a major producer of oil and natural gas. Major city centers include Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Rhode Island was one of the first thirteen colonies to join the Union. On May 29, 1790, it became the 13th official state. While it is the smallest state by land area, it has the second densest population. Located next to the Atlantic Ocean, it has a long history of culinary tradition that includes the popular "clam chowder" dish. Its major city center is Providence.

It is home to Mount Hood, a stratovolcano, Crater Lake (the deepest in the United States), and Armillaria ostoyae (the largest organism in the world).

Utah became the 45th official state to join the Union on January 4, 1896. Over 60% of residents in the state are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (or Mormons). The major city center and capital of the state is Salt Lake City which is home to various cultural attractions including the Church History Museum, the Clark Planetarium, and the headquarters for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
