Actually, in summer, Srinagar is the capital of Jammu & Kashmir. But in winter, the capital is Jammu. The Dal Lake is in this state and many people live on houseboats. Kashmir is not a city at all.

Answer: Sufi

Bhaktism and Sufism had the same idea, but were not the same. The Bhakti Saints were Hindus, for example, Kabir, Basavanna, etc. The Sufi saints were Muslims, for example, Moinuddin Chisti, Nizamuddin Auliya, etc. New Delhi is the capital of India.
3. Which of the following famous cricketers was born in Maharashtra?

Answer: Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin Tendulkar joined the Indian cricket team when he was only sixteen years old. He was born in Maharashtra, India. In 2010, he became the first cricketer to score a double century in an ODI (One Day International) match.

Some notable kings of the Gupta dynasty are Chandragupta I, Samudragupta, and Chandragupta II. Some notable kings of the Chola dynasty are Vijayalaya, Rajaraja Chola I, and Rajendra Chola I. Sati, a cruel practice, was done in the Gupta period.

The Ganges-Brahmaputra delta is in the Sunderbans. The Ganges is considered very sacred by Hindus. But sadly, it is being polluted.
8. Which state is in the southernmost of India?

Answer: Tamil Nadu

Kanyakumari, the southernmost part of India is also in Tamil Nadu. Tamil is the language spoken in this state. The dance Bharatnatyam has originated in this state.
9. Which seven states are called 'The Seven Sisters'?

Answer: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura

These states are called 'The Seven Sisters'. Bihu is a folkdance and also a festival in Assam. Naga Dance is the dance of Nagaland and Manipuri of manipur. All of these states are in North-Eastern India. Meghalaya is called 'The Land of Clouds'.
10. One last question. Where is the food called Pav Bhaji popular?

Answer: Maharashtra

Pav Bhaji is a food where a mixture of vegetables, spices etc. is put inside two or more slices of bread. It is a common food in parties.
