You don't get points for hitting the batsman! One hand one bounce means if the ball bounces once you can still catch it, but with just one hand. Hit and run means the batsman has to run when the ball is hit. Six and out, if you hit over the fence you get six runs but you're out, and while we're at it you can go and get the ball back too.
