Answer: Funerary Boat

The Funerary Boat is located on the south side of the pyramid and has been restored, but there have been other boats discovered that are not restored. The boat is built out of cedar, with the pieces joined by grass ropes and wooden plugs. The boat is flat bottomed.

There's no unanimous agreement as to the purpose of the boat, but the consensus is that it was used by the dead King for his trip to the afterlife.

Two temples were located at Abu Simbel. "The Sun Temple of Ramesses II" is the larger one and consists of a Grand Hall, Store Rooms and a Second Pillared Hall. The second temple "Hathor Temple of Nefertari" as a tribute to Ramesses' Queen. This temple consists of a Hypostyle Hall, Transverse Chamber and The Sanctuary.

The temples, which are in the south of Egypt, were relocated locally in 1967-68.

The mask of King Tut is highly recognised now located in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The amazing thing about the tomb was that it was intact and had not been disturbed and plundered.
