Answer: Baker's Creek

The battle was fought during the Vicksburg Campaign and is also known as the Battle of Baker's Creek.

Answer: False

Gen. Lee died without receiving any compensation for the loss of his property. His heirs were eventually awarded compansation of $150,000 by the government.
