Michel was shot after he tried to stop Bloch from taking advantage of Marianne. He kept walking when told to stop, because he couldn't hear and Bloch shot him.

Answer: They were killed

Bloch's daughters were killed by a bomb near their house. The bomb didn't go off during the bombing of Köln and while walking home from school they set it off.

Answer: Willi loved Marianne

Willi brought Stephen back to the Labiche family because he loved Marianne. To get Stephen back to the house he poured a bottle of brandy on them and Stephen acted like a drunken friend.
