Answer: The Delta Force

In "The Delta Force", an American airliner was hijacked by a group of Lebanese terrorists shortly after departing the city of Athens, Greece. The group demanded that the aircraft be flown to from Athens to Beirut, from Beirut to Algiers, Algeria and then back to Beirut.

In the movie, Chuck Norris played Major Scott McCoy, a retired special ops soldier who was called in to assist his former unit, The Delta Force, rescue the hostages. While onboard the terrorists separated some of the passengers with Jewish names as well as three off-duty American Navy divers, of which one was killed following a failed rescue attempt.

The story was inspired by the hijacking of TWA 847 which occurred on June 14, 1985.

In the movie "Short Circuit", a scientist named Dr. Newton Crosby (Steve Guttenberg) created a group of advanced military robots. Following a demonstration with members of the American government, Number 5 was struck by lightning as it was recharging.

This caused Number 5 to gain full sentience and his curiosities cause him to get transported out of the laboratory. Number 5 later met a young woman named Stephanie Speck (Ally Sheedy). At first Stephanie thought that Number 5 was an alien, but she later discovered that he was really a runaway war robot. Number 5 later tried to convince Stephanie, as well as his creators, that he was alive.

He was afraid that he would die if anyone tried to disassemble him.

In the first film of "The Naked Gun" comedy series, Lt. Frank Drebin (Leslie Nielsen) of Police Squad discovered a plot to kill Queen Elizabeth II while she attended a baseball game in Los Angeles. The mastermind behind the plot was a wealthy businessman named Vincent Ludwig (Ricardo Montalban) who developed a small device that could make anyone into a potential assassin. During the course of the movie Frank fell in love with Vincent's assistant Jane Spencer (Priscilla Presley).

The film also featured former football star O.J. Simpson (before his legal troubles), who played Frank's injury plagued colleague Detective Nordberg.

"The Transformers: The Movie" was released in 1986 and was based off the popular toy line and animated series that began in 1984. The movie gained some negative publicity as it killed off the series' most popular character, Optimus Prime, much to the shock of many children around the world who left the theater crying. Orson Welles, famous for his live broadcast of H.G. Wells' novel "The War of The Worlds" in 1938, was cast as the evil transforming planet named Unicron. Orson Welles was 70 years old at the time and was in poor health. Orson Welles passed away on October 10, 1985, just five days after recording his lines.

In "License to Drive", Les Anderson (Corey Haim) was a high school student who attempted to get his driver's license in order to impress his classmate Mercedes Lane (Heather Graham). Les failed the computer portion of the driver's exam, but accidentally caused a power surge that took the computers offline.

He later passed the road test and was granted a license. The license was soon revoked after the results of the computer test were retrieved. After getting grounded by his parents for lying to them about the test, Les decided to sneak out in the middle of the night with his grandfather's Cadillac in order to take a joyride with Mercedes, where they end up in all sorts of trouble.

The movie "SpaceCamp" focused on a group of teenagers who attended NASA's Space Camp in Florida. Astronaut Andie Bergstrom (Kate Capshaw) instructed a group that included Max Graham, played by a young Joaquin (Leaf) Phoenix. Max befriended a NASA robot named Jinx.

After Jinx was damaged by a group of bullies, Max repaired the robot, who decided to return the favor by arranging for Max to go to space. Maxs' group were allowed to tour the Space Shuttle Atlantis as it was being prepped for launch. While the group was onboard, Jinx initiated a failure that prompted NASA to launch the shuttle to prevent it from exploding, leaving Andie and the kids to try and land the shuttle before the air ran out. "SpaceCamp" was a victim of bad timing as it finished filming several months before the Challenger disaster which occurred on January 28, 1986.

The movie was released several months later.

In "WarGames", David Lightman (Matthew Broderick) was a skilled hacker. He used his abilities to change his high school grades for himself, as well as his girlfriend Jennifer Mack (Ally Sheedy). David later attempted to hack into what he thought was a video game company.

However, he unknowingly hacked into an experimental military computer named the WOPR. The WOPR was set up to monitor the United States' nuclear defense system. David began to play what he thought was a new strategy game. It was actually a nuclear defense simulation, which led the American government to believe an actual attack was taking place. David needed to find the computer's designer Dr. Stephen Falken (John Wood) in order to stop the simulation before it caused a full scale nuclear war with the Soviet Union.

Answer: Vizzini

Vizzini (Wallace Shawn) was the leader of a small gang that kidnapped Princess Buttercup (Robin Wright) in "The Princess Bride". Vizzini was short in height and had a very obnoxious voice. He often used the word "inconceivable", which he may not have known the real meaning of.

The characters Inigo Montoya (Manty Patinkin) and Fezzik (Andre the Giant) were the other two members of Vizzini's gang. Vizzini died after drinking poisoned wine during a "battle of wits" against Westley (Cary Elwes), who rescued the princess as the Dread Pirate Roberts.

In "Gremlins", Billy Peltzer (Zach Galligan) received a pet mogwai as a Christmas present from his father. The mogwai, who was named Gizmo, was a furry animal from China that required special care. Mogwai's could not get wet, could not be exposed to light (especially sunlight) and could not be fed after midnight. Unfortunately Gizmo ended up getting wet and spawned several more mogwai.

The young mogwai tricked Billy into feeding them after midnight. The cute mogwai morphed into little green monsters, who then proceeded to wreak havoc across Billy's hometown.

The gremlins eventually decided to go to the town's theater where they all watched "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" and sang along to "Heigh-Ho".

The movie "Highlander" was about an immortal Scottish man named Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert). Born in the 16th century, Connor had become involved in a centuries old contest to become the last living immortal on Earth, as the only way for immortals to die was to be beheaded. "Highlander" co-starred Sean Connery as Connor's mentor Juan Sánchez-Villalobos Ramírez and Clancy Brown as the immortal barbarian known as The Kurgan. English rock band Queen, which featured late vocalist Freddie Mercury, contributed several songs the movie's soundtrack.

The Queen album titled "A Kind of Magic", which was also released in 1986, includes many songs that were used in the film. A few songs from other Queen albums were used as well.
