This is a sad part of the movie. We see the Wayne family at the theatre. Bruce gets scared of the bats in the play, and wants to go outside. When they go outside, Joe Chill comes up to rob them, and then he kills Bruce's mom and dad. Bruce Wayne later intends to kill Joe Chill, but someone beats him to it.

Answer: Ra's Al Ghul

The League of Shadows is a group that brings justice to those who do wrong. At the top of a mountain, Ra's Al Ghul helps train Bruce to be in the League of Shadows . When Bruce is trained and is expected to kill a murderer, he says "I'm not an executioner." He then burns the League of Shadows' headquarters.

Answer: Henri Ducard

Bruce's training includes sword fighting, learning how to take a hit from people hitting him with sticks, and learning how to pick the right guy from a group. Henri goes to Gotham late in the movie, to destroy the city by putting something in the water. Batman helps stop this. Towards the end of the movie, Henri Ducard reveals to Bruce that he is Ra's Al Ghul. Liam Neeson plays this part very well in the movie.

The mask really makes Scarecrow look and sound creepy. Scarecrow also has gas that makes your worst fear come true in a hallucination. Scarecrow's mask protects him from the gas. Scarecrow is played by actor Cillian Murphy.

He was working in the research and development field before he was fired. Part of his job includes providing state of the art gadgets like a bullet-proof suit that Bruce Wayne borrows, for what Bruce calls, "spelunking". Fox lets him borrow the suit because Bruce is the only Wayne alive so everything belongs to him. Lucius Fox is portrayed by another famous actor, Morgan Freeman.

Bruce Wayne picks the flower from halfway up the mountain. Henri Ducard says "If you bring it to the top if the mountain, you will find what you are looking for." What Bruce Wayne is looking for is justice for those who do wrong, and so he gets trained.

Alfred is always with Bruce when he is home and supports him in whatever he does. Alfred is played by a very famous actor named Michael Caine.

This is an awesome line in the movie. It is said by both Bruce's dad, Thomas Wayne and Alfred. Thomas Wayne says it when Bruce is young and is taken out of a bats' pit he falls into. Alfred says it when Batman is injured and brought back to Wayne Manor to recover.

This is the part where Henri Ducard dies. He is in the train that falls off the bridge when Gordon shoots down part of the train track. Ducard always taunted Bruce because he couldn't kill his opponents and taunts him here by saying that Bruce doesn't have the nerve to kill him. This line is Wayne's answer.
