Billboard #1 Feb. 8, 1960. Dinning, coincidently, passed away in 1986 at the young age of 52.
2. 1961 saw Rosie and the Originals hit the charts with this smash.

Billboard #5 Jan. 23, 1961. Rosie Hamlin wrote this song when she was 14 years old.

Billboard #11 Jan. 11, 1969. Derek (Johnny Cymbal) has a catalog of over 200 published songs to his credit. He recorded under such names as Brother John, The Eye-Full Tower, and The Non-Conformists. His songs have been recorded by such artists as Elvis Presley, Gene Pitney, Glen Campbell, The Partridge Family, and The Spencer Davis Group, among others. He passed away in 1993.
