John 19:2 (KJV): "And the soldiers patted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe." The movie "The Robe" was all about members of the Roman Empire government searching for the robe Jesus had worn, thinking it had magic, and maybe whoever wore it would not die.

5. Which of the Seven Deadly Sins, sometimes called avarice or covetousness, is the opposite of the Cardinal Virtue of generosity?

Answer: greed

Greed is the inordinate desire for wealth, materials things and gain. It is a sin when it causes one to ignore spiritual values and riches. It is a sin against one's neighbour because, as Mahatma Ghandi said, "Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed." It is a sin against God because, as Thomas Aquinas says, "It equates things spiritual with things mortal." The antidote to avarice and greed is generosity or liberality in giving.

Answer: Saturday

Seventh-Day Adventists regard the seventh day of the week as the Sabbath - the biblical day of rest and worship. 10. When a person is depicted in religious art with a circle of light around their head (or their whole body), what is being communicated about that person?

Answer: They are very holy.

Known variously as a nimbus, a halo, an aureole, a glory, a gloriole and a mandorla, such depictions normally indicate holiness. They may appear to be discs of gold or light, frames surrounding the head, or luminousness of the entire body. These are not at all limited to Christian saints, but also appear in Ancient Greek and Roman art, as well as Hindu, Buddhist and Islamic art.

Some contain flames! The Blessed Virgin may be identified by a halo inside a circle of twelve stars (a reference to Revelation 12).
