Bishop McMorrow is the man who could have granted Lincoln Burrows a stay of execution; however, Kellerman murdered him in order to ensure the timely execution of the man framed for murdering the brother of the Vice President, Terrence Steadman.

With the assistance of ex-warden Henry Pope, Michael and Sarah are able to retrieve the object locked within the cigar box at this private cigar club, which is only open to members.
