Steam has been seen coming from the middle of the lake. According to a Native American man, there is a bad spirit nearby and he makes it clear to the sheriff, who is doubtful of his claims.

Mike, Kevin, and Bill make various jokes about the name of the lake itself, even suggesting it should be named after various medical ailments. They also noted that there were no "fevers."
