1. Angela Cartwright

Answer: Make Room For Daddy

Angela Cartwright played Linda Williams in "Make Room For Daddy/The Danny Thomas Show/Make Room For Granddaddy" from 1953 to 1971. After leaving showbiz behind her, Angela raised her two children and took up photography.
2. Lauren Chapin

Answer: Father Knows Best

Before Lauren joined the cast of "Father Knows Best", she starred in "Night of Hunter" with Robert Mitchum. When the series ended in 1960, Lauren's life spiraled downward. She married as a teenager and began doing drugs. After rehab, Lauren took a job as tour guide for the Holy Land and manager of several actors and singing groups.
3. Ken Osmond

Answer: Leave It To Beaver

Ken Osmond was only supposed to bring Eddie Haskell to the screen for one episode of "Leave It To Beaver", but Eddie was liked so well that Ken Osmond continued to play Eddie Haskell through to the show's finale in 1963. After the series, Ken went to play Eddie Haskell in a TV movie and updated series. Ken left the acting world after his stint as Eddie Haskell.

He married and joined the LAPD becoming a narcotics officer. Upon retirement, Ken managed rental properties.
4. Wesley Morgan

Answer: Life of Riley

Wesley came to fame as Junior Riley in NBC's "Life of Riley" from 1953 to 1958. His child star status earned Wesley an admittance into the Young Hollywood Hall of Fame in 1954.
5. Gloria McMillan

Answer: Our Miss Brooks

Gloria's mother was an agent for her daughter as well as Kathy Garver (actress and author of the book "X Child Stars"). She represented Gloria for her radio debut in "Our Miss Brooks". When "Our Miss Brooks" began airing on TV, Gloria took her character from radio to screen. Gloria McMillan aired as Harriet Conklin on "Our Miss Brooks" from 1952 to 1956.
6. Jimmy Hawkins

Answer: Annie Oakley

Jimmy Hawkins played Tagg Oakley from 1954 to 1957. His first role was as George Bailey's son in "It's A Wonderful Life". After he left showbiz behind, Jimmy Hawkins began a contracting business.
7. Annette Funicello

Answer: The Mickey Mouse Club

Annette Funicello was cast as a Mouseketeer in 1955 after a casting agent saw her in a school production of "Ballet vs. Jive". After her Mouseketeer days ended in 1959, Annette recorded music and made movies. She was diagnosed with MS in 1992 and died of complications from the disease in 2013.
8. Michael Winkelman

Answer: The Real McCoys

Michael played Luke McCoy from the show's inception in 1957 to the show's finale in 1963. After the show ended, Michael joined the Navy and went to Vietnam. After the war, Michael took a job at Universal Studios as a groundskeeper. He died in 1999 at the age of fifty-three.
9. Keith Thibodeaux

Answer: I Love Lucy

Keith Thibodeaux was billed as Richard Keith on "I Love Lucy". Keith is considered to be the first childhood star. He joined the "I Love Lucy" show in 1957. After the series ended, Keith joined "The Andy Griffith Show" as Opie's friend before leaving showbiz behind him. Keith married and managed his wife's ballet company where his daughter performed.
10. Jay North

Answer: Dennis the Menace

Jay North played Dennis Mitchell from 1959 to 1963. After "Dennis the Menace" ended, Jay joined the Navy, but left early. He moved to Florida with his third wife where he worked as a correctional officer.
