The Rawhead is an Irish hob-goblin that preys on naughty children. Right at the beginning, Sam and Dean go in and hunt it, which is how Dean was electrocuted. The only way to kill it is to electrocute it.

2. Which band plays on the radio in "No Exit", when Ellen and Dean are sitting in the front seats of the Impala?

Answer: Foreigner

"Cold As Ice" by Foreigner plays on the radio. This is funny because at the time, Ellen is furious with the Winchesters because they lied to Ellen and took Jo out hunting.

Dean and Sam were not killed directly. Sam was killed by Jake and Dean by a hellhound. However, Mary was killed by Azazel in the fire, and John was killed twice by Azazel. Once in "In The Beginning", and the other time in "In My Time Of Dying".
