'The Walking Dead' Season 6 Survey Quiz

King Ezekiel was not introduced until season 7, where he makes a grand entrance in "The Well." The sixth season of "The Walking Dead" saw the addition of several new characters, however, including the Hilltop's leader Gregory, played by Xander Berkely; Dwight, a Savior who escapes but eventually returns to the Sanctuary, where he becomes a kind of right-hand man to Negan; and the Hilltop's Paul "Jesus" Rovia, played by Tom Payne.

The sixth season also features the first appearance of they mysterious Negan himself.

Answer: Anxiety

While Denise originally planned to become a surgeon, she suffered from anxiety disorder and ended up switching her studies to psychiatry. When she becomes Alexandria's town doctor, she has to learn on her feet and confront her anxiety to perform in her new capacity. She is played by actress Merritt Wever.

Answer: Dwight

In season 6, episode 14, "Twice as Far," Denise confronts her anxiety in order to leave Alexandria on a supply run. She asks Daryl and Rosita to accompany her to an apothecary to look for medicines. During the run, she is shot through the eye by Dwight, who uses the crossbow he previously stole from Daryl. The shot penetrates her in the middle of a spoken sentence.

Answer: Dr. Harlan Carson

Dr. Harland Carson is a doctor at the Hilltop who is later taken by the Saviors to serve as a doctor at the Sanctuary. Tobin is the foreman of Alexandria's construction crew. Olivia is in charge of the Alexandria's armory and pantry. Erich Raleigh is the boyfriend of Aaron, the recruiter who brought Rick Grimes and his group to Alexandria.

Answer: Heath

Heath is one of Alexandria's supply runners, who later disappears on a supply run. Primo is a Savior who is at one point captured by Rick's group. Roman is the name of the Savior who hunts Carol down toward the end of season six. Simon appears in season 6, episode 16, "The Last Day on Earth" and later goes on to play a more prominent role in the show.

Other Saviors include Dwight, Michelle, Molly, Donnie, Paula, and Jiro, as well as several unnamed members of the group.

Answer: The Wolves

In episode 2 of season 6, a gang of killers and plunderers, known as the Wolves, invade Alexandria. They are confronted by Carol, who poses as one of them, fights her way to the armory, and disperses weapons to the Alexandrians. Morgan, meanwhile, confronts a Wolf he had met on the road in the past and convinces him to retreat.

The Scavengers are not introduced until season 7. The Hunters were a group of cannibals from Terminus in an earlier season.

Answer: All life is precious

Eastman also teaches Morgan the martial art of aikido, which is why Morgan becomes so proficient with a staff. Morgan later tells this story to the Wolf he takes prisoner, hoping to inspire him to change himself the way Eastman inspired him.

Answer: Insulin

When Daryl sees the insulin, he realizes one of the members of the trio is diabetic. So he returns the bag, demanding that Dwight turn over his gun in exchange for it, but the group is attacked. Daryl helps them to escape, but in the end the trio double crosses him and takes his crossbow and motorcycle.

Answer: Tobin

Tobin survives the invasion of the Wolves. Deanna is bit, but makes a final stand by venturing out and throwing herself into the walkers. Jesse is devoured by walkers while attempting to save her son Sam. Tina, Dwight's diabetic sister-in-law, investigates the remains of the children she used to babysit and ends up being devoured by them.

Answer: Impales her on a spike

In episode 13, "The Same Boat," Carol and Maggie are captured by a group of Saviors lead by one of Negan's lieutenants, Paula. Maggie and Carol manage to escape their captors and kill all four of them. Carol impales Paula on a spike. Paula then has her face devoured by a walker.

Answer: Tara and Olivia

Abraham abandons Rosita in season 6 of "The Walking Dead" to get together with Sasha, telling her, "When I first met you, I thought you were the last woman on Earth. You're not." By episode 15, "East," Sasha and Abraham appear to be happily together. Rosita then gets together with Spencer.

In episode 12 of season 6, Carol kisses Tobin, and they later appear to be sharing a house. However, she leaves him a "Dear John" letter and takes off from Alexandria in hope that she won't have to keep killing for the people she loves.

While Rick has a short-lived fling with Jesse Anderson, he ends up getting together with Michonne in episode ten of season 6. Tara develops a relationship with Denise, the town doctor, not with Olivia. Tara and Denise kiss in episode 5, "Now."

Answer: Morgan

In the season finale, Morgan finally catches up with Carol just as the Savior Roman is about to finish her off. (Roman has already shot Carol twice.) Despite his desire to be a pacifist, Morgan ends up rescuing Carol by shooting Roman. Two strangers then discover them and take them back to their community, which we later learn in another season is the Kingdom.

Answer: Eugene

This quote comes from episode one of season six, "First Time Again." Eugene, known for his own mullet and unique way of speaking, complements the Alexandria supply runner Heath on his dreadlocks. Eugene Porter is played by actor Josh McDermitt.

Answer: Jesus

Jesus says this to Rick in season 6, episode 11, "Knots Untie" when revealing to Rick that there are other communities besides Alexandria. Jesus then takes Rick to the Hilltop to trade, but during the meet-up, a resident of the Hilltop tries to assassinate Gregory, the Hilltop's leader, on the orders of Negan.

Answer: Like a champ

Negan is played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. He makes his first appearance in the last episode of season 6, "Last Day on Earth." In revenge for Rick's attack on the Saviors, and to get them to submit to future extortion, Negan determines to beat one of them to death with his barbwire-laced baseball bat, which he calls Lucille. First he plays a cruel game of "eenie meanie miney moe." The audience does not get to see who the bat settles upon before the beating commences.
