1. What level are barbarian men?

Answer: 7

The barbarian woman is a higher level than the barbarian man. The barbarians can be found in the Barbarian Village.

2. What level mining do you have to be to get into the mining guild?

Answer: 60

The mining guild is located at the back of the Dwarven Mines, one of the largest mines in all of "Runescape". It can be reached via Dwarven Village and Falador.

3. What is the highest level monster in all "Runescape"?

Answer: TzTok-Jad

The TzTok-Jad can only be found in the Tz-Haar Fight Pits and can kill anyone in only 1 hit. You have to be a member to fight this monster.

4. What level smithing do you have to be to make the steel nails for the Dragon Slayer quest?

Answer: 34

This is by far the easiest way to get the nails. Another way to get them would be to buy them off someone else in the game.

5. What is the name of the person that can give you a pet cat on a members server?

Answer: Gertrude

You can only receive the cat after you complete the Gertrude's Cat quest. The cat will follow you around and you can even feed it.

6. Where is the Ogre Country located?

Answer: South of Gu'Tanoth

This woodsy place can be found by exiting the southern part of the ogre city of Gu'Tanoth. This is also the place where you can work on become a great archer.

7. How many quest points do you have to have to begin the Dragon Slayer quest?

Answer: 32

You being this quest by speaking to the Guild Master of the Champion's Guild. You can also buy rune weapons and green dragonhide armour here.

8. What prayer level do you have to be to enter the monastary?

Answer: 31

There's not to much to do here except bless your unblessed symbols. If you are a member, you can find one of the Scorpians here for a quest.

9. What city is Sir Tiffy Cashien located in?

Answer: Falador

Unless you are a member, this recruiter for the white knights does nothing. He sits inside the garden where you can buy Woad leaves for the Goblin Diplomacy quest.

10. What race is the monster Dad?

Answer: Troll

This is a very large troll, much bigger than the others you can face. You have to fight and defeat him for the Troll Stronghold quest, he is level 101.
