The Bluebell Railway runs through Sussex between Sheffield Park and East Grinstead. The first stretch of the heritage railway opened in 1960 and the connection with the national railway system at East Grinstead opened in 2013.

Answer: Great Central Railway

The Great Central Railway runs between Loughborough and the outskirts of Leicester. The original Great Central Railway ran as far as Marylebone in London.
