There are those that would argue that "Grand" and "Prix" are "loan words," and as such are not governed by the French rules of pluralization. Under those circumstances, you'll find anything from Grand Prix to Grand Prixs to Grand Prixes.

However:

Grand Prix in French means Large Prize. In French, the plural of Prix is Prix, but as the adjective, "Grand" must agree with the plural "Prix" -- Thus, the plural of Grand Prix becomes Grands Prix.

Grand Prix m. (plural Grands Prix)
