I'm sorry, the Pyrenees are the border mountains between France and Spain; and, only the French land of Cerdagne falls below the Pyrenees onto the Iberian Peninsula.

I think this may be what you want. It's a beautiful little town, by the way, and it's fun to step in and out of the two countries. :)
