Football Conference (Alliance Premier League, 1979)

The myfootballfacts.com table below lists all clubs which have played in the fifth tier since 1979. Four of those 64 teams appear in both lists -- they have played league football in all four divisions and non-league football in the Football Conference:
Carlisle United (relegated from L2 in 2004)
Oxford United (in 2006)
