What's the name of the male gesture made by partially bowing, ending with a flourish and making circular motions with the hands then ending with palms up and weight on the back foot with a slight bend at the waist? This is typically seen by jesters or magicians or as a formal signal of respect in the presence of royalty. (Not the same as a genuflection.)

It's called a "Bow and Scrape"
To make a deep bow with the right leg drawn back (thus scraping the floor), left hand pressed across the abdomen, right arm held aside.
