Apparently, this would be the Order of Alexander Nevsky. According to Wikipedia,
The Soviet variants of the Order used the likeness of the actor Nikolai Cherkasov as Alexander Nevsky from Eisenstein's 1938 film, as there were no known portraits of Nevsky made in his lifetime.

I would offer a link to their source, but it is in Russian, and I have no idea what it says!

This is the link provided in the Wikipedia article:

link https://lenta.ru/articles/2013/10/21/nevsky/

The page is basically about how Alexander Nevsky became a hero throughout Russian history. In 2008, Alexander Nevsky was voted the "Greatest Russian of all time" by a TV audience of channel Rossiya. Regarding the order, the article doesn't add anything new to the wikipedia article.
