Yes indeed! The fourth state is plasma! On earth the most common way to see plasma is in lightning. Basically it is an electrically charged gas resulting in the electrons being stripped away. All stars, including the sun, are mostly in the plasma state making this fourth state of matter the most common in the universe.

Here is a more concise source with all the states including a fifth state not normally found on earth, the Bose-Einstein condensate. For this state to happen the temperature has to be barely above absolute zero. Some atoms will actually start to turn into a wave form and once all the atoms line up a super atom is formed. Cool stuff!
