The chili peppers have thousands of different names and Dragon's Breath, Bird's Eyes, and Madame Jeanette are all varieties of the spicy plant.

Dragon's Breath is one of the hottest peppers on par with a Carolina Reaper with a Scoval of 2.4 million! No thanks!

Bird's Eye has a more "modest" heat of 50,000-100,000 Scoval units.

Madame Jeanette is considered on par with the Scottish bonnet with a Scoval rating of 125,000–325,000
