The Holy Right Hand refers to the mummified right hand of Saint Stephen of Hungary ("Szent István király" in Hungarian), who was the first king of Hungary and played a significant role in the Christianization of the Hungarian people in the 11th century.

The Holy Right Hand is a highly revered relic kept in the Basilica of Saint Stephen in Budapest. It is one of the most important religious relics in the country and is associated with the founding and Christianization of the Hungarian state. The relic is housed in a decorative container and is presented for public veneration on special occasions, including Saint Stephen's feast day on August 20th, which is a national holiday in Hungary.

I have found a photo of this rather weird sight. Don't miss when visiting Budapest next time.
