Pinhole glasses have tiny holes that only let in a little light. By doing this the glasses reduce the amount of excess light improving the sharpness of the vision. Manufacturers of the glasses claim that using them along with eye exercises can improve overall vision, however, studies are needed to substantiate such claims.
